Brixton Snow
1992, Brixton Prison, a golden dreadlock Snowy, plays his position, cooling in his cell and watching some television.
He walks with a limp through the wing, his boat bares a grin, and they say, "Have you got a pebble in your shoe and ting?"
Sporting circle sunglasses just like John Lennon, they cover his mince-pies, he is one fly felon.
He was a ragga MC, and he spat pure Patois. He didn't make generic hip hop, like your average rapper.
Now he is released from the shovel and pick, he's got his eyes on the prize, so he won't miss a trick! ...

Long long ago before I became a SCATTERBRAIN watching EVIL DEAD movies repeatedly, I was ACCUSED of VIOLENCE on HALLOWS EVE. The DIRTY ROTTEN IMBECIALS (D.R.I.) who always needed an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT lived near the WATCHTOWER. They agreed with my METHOD OF DESTRUCTION (M.O.D.). We were SICK OF IT ALL, POSSESSED in bringing this faction down to their knees. A CORROSION OF CONFORMITY was happening in our towns and on our streets. Two Years Ago, Gavin
I hadn't been back to the Grand Theatre since Sunday, two days ago, and didn't know what to expect. In the auditorium, I scanned the seats for signs of Philippa. She hadn't arrived.
I sat in between a couple of students I hadn't spoken to yet and averted my eyes when I passed Dawn. The auditorium seemed pretty empty today, unlike on Sunday morning when Philippa had got angry in class. I felt uncomfortable, knowing that Agnes Harlesden and my former Russian Coach in London were friends and had probably discussed me at length.

Let me tell ya'll about this handsome Hebrew brotha, pleasing all up in my Creole wet South, much tastier to the tongue no doubt

maybe our moon
will spill rhapsodic sentiments
of soul-whistled music throughout
the night filled with seductive notes
fingering hidden keys of
verses saturated with heady emotions
pulsing..rhythmic...steady
filling beds of unlined sheets
underlined through the abyss of
strained memories...pained and pleasured
stretching a spectrum of
such pretty thoughts & fiery veins
and yet...
desire was left hamstrung
the depth of our roots was lacking ...
