It Was Time (part 2)
Tany's back continued to glow as tears crept into my eyes. What was happening? Was I getting soft?
My finger still pressed against the trigger.
Tanya's attention stayed with the water. She said something to Michael. He nodded toward her and then looked away, still standing silently.
I thought of the love they’d made over the years. I replayed their love making in my mind from earlier that evening but was astonished when the vision turned to a young girl experiencing love for what I knew must have been her first time. She was smooth-skinned with a...

If at first you don't succeed, hide in the garden shed
A man from America convinced himself that he was dying of a transmissible disease and that he had already infected his wife & children. To spare himself and his family this terrible fate, he decided they should all die.
In the middle of his homemade crime spree, he called the police to notify them of the murder suicide in progress. He murdered each family member with a fatal gunshot to the head.
While waiting for the cops to arrive, he stabbed himself repeatedly, but found that he wasn't dying quickly enough. He then decided to hit himself over the head with a...

It Was Time
OK,” I said. “As you wish.”
Who could blame him after 42 years of marriage. Since Michael was paying the tab, I’d comply with his wishes as best I could. I suppose it was natural that he’d want to make love to his wife on her last night. By all indications they’d had a good marriage.
Tanya had recently made the decision to stop all treatments and so it was a matter of time. Her cancer would consume her, and he wanted to spare her from the agony he knew was in her future. He shared that she wanted to live as long as possible but knew her inevitable death...

Goodnight Sweethearts
I hope there's
a playground, somewhere in heaven
where all the gone children
can be found, playing forever
it's only a goodnight
for now
whilst here we're tethered
I just can't wrap my mind
around, just how
you'd kill them
you their caregiver
my spirit shivers
for their pure innocence
there is no penance
none fit that's here at least
but the universe
I pray, someday
will make you pay
you bitch.

Maniacal Moves
An accountant from San Fransisco, CA hit a homeless man with her car. She then drove home with him still stuck to her windshield. When she was arrested, she denied that she had ignored the man's cries for help for three days. She let him bleed to death in her garage. She did not dispute the fact that her boyfriend had dumped the man's body in a nearby park!

Obeying & Violating
God told me to murder my teacher, I did
God told me to murder my priest, I did
God told me to murder my parents, I did
God told me to avoid prison, I did
God told me to commit suicide, I did
I think in my next life I'll worship Satan

Sniper Files #2 The Ukrainian Leader’s Daughter
Sometimes the weight of warring nations requires soldiers to strip human beings of their spiritual underpinnings. All that makes them mysterious, particular, and beautiful must be peeled away so that killing can be done.
Olena was a Ukrainian leader’s daughter. My task was to satisfy a great debt to our Russian Army for the deaths of my comrades. Olena was born in 2004. Her 19 years have been rich, filled with the love of family and now the love of her future husband.
Part of our surveillance included the gathering of papers related to her school years. I found a letter...
