La Madre de Las Montaños
In my dreams, in Dream Time
I am thankful for the spirit of Evermore
The mountains, the beings inside her
My love, I felt your presence there
In that city beyond the underworld
Felt your spirit adorn me
You are beside me, and within me
You somehow find me
Love is working on and with me
I am in Telo's ascension chambers
Beyond the veil
Inside her, the mother of mountains
Your soul comforting and loving me
As my body lay asleep
Breathing with me as I recieve
Everything I need

For Suki
Now the ageless moon is hovering over Fujiyoshida.
I’m sitting here alone in the cold wind,
Reminiscing about the songs that Suki wrote.
Way up in the dark sky I see distant stars.
I wonder whom Suki is thinking of tonight.
She used to play her guitar and sing love songs for me,
But her melodious voice I no longer hear.
I’ve spent sleepless nights longing for my Suki.
She’s gone away, far away from Japan.
What can I say to make her come back home?
I fell in love with Suki at the foot of Mount Fuji.
Now life without her...

Eternity gets addicted to donkey madness.

The sunset shines
like the lust of black bananas.
The skin aches for windy drops.
A wanderer fiddles
with the ecstasy of pool dew.

Rose Town Moon Down
Tonight fair Luna was at her best
Hanging above the urban lights
And drifting damp into the west
Like on so many other nights
Her waxing gibbous throws a beam
As bright as any light allowed
That city dwellers dare to dream
Would percolate an ocean cloud
Rolling over suburban hills
Like an ebony forest park
And the bracing tonic it distills
With its old arboreal bark
Where only moonlight permeates
When no man made light officiates.

WIND MOUNTAIN MORNING ('A CHEWENA SONG of ASSIMILATION') 7-4-2000, on Wind Mountain, near Tres Piedras, New Mexico
sunrise reveals
pink bands of clouds
stretching out above
wind mountain
out over this vast
glorious horizon
a continuous flow
of far off
mountain lines
that rise and fall
in distant shadows
of blue gray slopes
silent song
of earths great circle
surrounds me here
awakening
all across
throughout
this vibrant sea
of boundless land
in gently rolling hills
and plains
of cactus...

The mountain air
The struggle is real
Her mind filled by toxic rot
They never cared.
By how much she feared
The end of her life was near
Never more to see moonlit nights
Nor sunsets for her to stare
Ardent eyes glisten no more
She sighed as blood soaked the floor
No one could repair the light that once shined oh so bright
Now dimmed and disappeared
No one would listen to what was written
Her suicide filled the
mountain Canyon air.

RIPPLES IN THE POND
Sitting here in this moment of peace and tranquility, as I glaze off into the horizon as I exchange my thoughts so freely, with the calmness of the breeze whispering through the water. Yet it is here I feel entwine in the mirror reflection, that reflects off the ripples in the water staring up back at me. Sitting by a campfire
Poking it with a stick for therapy
Reminiscing about the Tetons
Hiking through mountains
At Shining Rock
The bears of Walnut Bottom
Were not to be found
Or not to be seen
The nights were cold and dark
And she was a beauty queen
We walked and talked together
But once we left the woods
I guess I never saw her again
But the campfires were many
And other mountain trails
Eventually I led me west to find myself
And the Teton dream was true
More than I had imagined it to be
