groan
inside me groan
sigh to touch the sky
the sheer brilliance of nature...rapture
the forests bring me back to my roots
on a mossy bed I rise
sigh to touch the sky
the sheer brilliance of nature...rapture
the forests bring me back to my roots
on a mossy bed I rise

Petrified Soul
Life's stabbing, I'm hurting.
Yet the hearty chirp of the house sparrow,
awakens bones asleep for years.
Song Sparrow sings melodies of
random yesterday's drizzled with tears.
That's the thing you learn after awhile,
nothing is random, not even a smile.
Robins, wrens and a cardinal
are the morning choir.
Tweet the joy of simply being alive,
encouraging darkened thoughts to retire.
Barbaric limbs of branches grab into my holes.
Where the past me's are terrified to go.
To search for happiness in the forest of

Global Warming Warning 2
The east coast gets those devastating hurricanes
While the west coast goes into long drawn-out drought
I just saw a video of Canadians getting tornadoes
While climate change deniers are still spreading doubt
A U.S. Senator escapes the freezing temperature
While people suffered and died in the terrible cold
Whether it’s Fahrenheit or Celsius for the wealthiest
The weather is always fine in their palaces of gold
Now an unbearable heat is sweeping across the land
Diligent and responsible water conservation is a must
Why won’t...

WHEN WE ARE ALONE
When we are going through the process of our thoughts, what stands out the most in the deepest vortex of your mind as it feels like a tug of war, between the process of your mind and heart and spiritual soul. For why is it that we find, ourselves in the process of being able not to think clearly as we travel down, the road of twists and turns. That slowly lead into a never ending long dusty road, with no way out of the illusions of the forest as we are drawn to be amongst the trees and the sun as it peeks through the destine skies.

When the night birds sing
Think of me when the nocturnal birds sing
Life revolves ... in goodbye to the past
My imagination chased me on an endless road
Sacrificing the moon for the light of her eyes
Somewhere playing music and mystery
Ideas were flying on this cold night
I waited... at the door of the unknown night
Shadows wrapped in her raven hair
An inner voice asks.. why are you waiting
Dressed as a dark, black spirit with no future
She was running behind a potential lover
It leads me to dark unknown lands

Dark Forest Lurking
I’m watching
Lurking
Behind that tree
Do you see me ?
LumberJack
Ripped flannel shirt
Whiskey breath
Protrusion in pants
Sinister
Waiting
Hardwood
He surprised her from behind
Dirty calloused hand over mouth
Nicotine stench
She should have been afraid
But wasn't
He reached lewdly under her soft sweater
Fondling her breasts
Toying with her nipples
His breath hot on her neck
Misty forest odors
She felt damp between the legs ..

Autumn VII: Trifold
1.
Late autumn and winter
bring subtle charms
with Yuletide work—
such as crafting aphrodisiacal recipes
for holiday gifts and soirées
Plenty of rain, festooning
and burning of leaves
are a homecoming of sorts
—the bouquet signaling an end
to laborious harvesting—
before bedecking a new beginning
—we do what needs be done
while awaiting light’s return
2.
Rooted firmly in the forest
is but another laboring colony
—one predating humans—
deciduous Beings contemplating

Conformity
Fields of green standing in hip high grass untamed free . And all we do is cut away a blade at a time to reveal conformity with stripes of green shaved to be stood upon admired . This Isn't a field of dreams and hide and seek and squeals of laughter escaping
rosy red cheeks . No this is our back yard a
symmetrical green strip that wishes to been seen just as they are .

Beyond Being
Being -
Weaved through the trees,
Clandestine
breeze
Sees,
The faces
behind
hiding places -
hidden,
[Ensconced
in]
the safety
of secrecy,
[Blended
in]
out of the human
land of the inhumane,
[A true
view
of eminent
domain]
Until the anomaly
comes alive,
reversing
the breeze
Through the trees
Captivating
the eyes,
opening
to see
Lights in the sky
Like
Sacred geometry ...

unexplored paths
there's something about backroads
backwoods
hidden trails
they call to the nomad in me
inspiring wanderlust
always chasing the latest mystery
you can only see so much on the main
you have to step off
meander down overgrown lanes
ducking through tangles
those low hanging branches
to crest the next rise
find a surprise
stumble upon one of nature's best kept secrets
she's full of them
blowing your mind & widening eyes
sometimes it's just a detour
not leading anywhere
but if I don't go
how will I...

Sky...Havoc!
Slowly, and lowly, from the haze,
Waxes the wildfire moon
As an apparition too soon
Hinting at apocalyptic days
In a feverish twilit cloak
Of boldly emerging gibbous gold;
That angel hue so oft foretold
To coincide with death and smoke
And final Armageddon flame...
Bright now that the setting sun
Seizes his day and calls it done
When moonbeams and fire tint the same
In the tragic spectral harmony
Of moonlit air...and burning tree!
