Unanswered Prayers
I used to pray to God every night
I'd pray for his presence
For him to come and take me away
To hold me while I cried
To stop my fathers words
I'd pray for him to save me
For him to hear my screams
To see my suffering
I prayed until I was thirteen
Until I was too tired to keep going
I couldn't beg anymore
Not for someone who was never there
I gave my all
My everything
Only for nothing in return
I was a child
I needed help
I deserved help
And instead he stood and laughed
He laughed as I fell

Skylight Over Our Heads
It lets us the light in. The roof keeps god out.
Of course this is all metaphorical, but in a world where such notions as god and male are so omni-presently riven throughout culture and presented as one intertwined being, we must come up with, present to ourselves, and hold-fast, our own goddamn metaphors.

Apologia
For Christmas this year my father gave me a collection of sentimental tems I hadn't seen in years. They were in a box with a photo of my Grandpa Pete and my Dad on the back porch of the house I grew up in on the front of it. The box included family photos, a framed serenity prayer with pressed flowers behind its glass, my beloved Grandmas rhinestone jewelry, and the bible I used on the rare occasions we went to church. I was completely overwhelmed by what the box contained, and that my Father was the one to present it to me completely broke me. I have the small leather bible in front of me...

Faith
- does not have
a preferred body of water,
says
each one has its own
filiation, moment of splendor,
is undefinable,
each space to baptise undeniable,
the landscape is ever changed,
marked by the motion of humans.
Says it's an adventure,
this living business,
comes with its own
wide belly, thin river,
fine leat trickling
down from the origin,
spinning out
as if a mouth full of dynamite.

with the notion,
the commotion in the mind,
hold space and fathom.

With no expectations from, my congregation their only purpose and intention, is to go around collecting!
Tithes and offerings from those, so cheerful and willing, volunteering and giving!!
All for a small portion of the lords 🙏 blessing!

WHAT IS THE THIRD "WOE" IN THE BOOK OF REVELATION??
WHAT IS THE THIRD "WOE" ??!!
The first is found in Rev.9.12.
The next is in Rev.11.14.
We skip Rev.12 because that is set in the first century.
And the first 2 "woes" are set in the EndTime - our time today !!
So the first century is a parenthetical passage, NOT part of the real story.
We need to go to an ENDTIME chapter on the same level as Rev.9 and Rev.11.
Rev.13 onward is EndTime stuff. Here's the ANSWER:
Its Rev.18.10,16,19 !!
Now if u look up those verses, u will say,
Hey, the word "woe" doesn't show up in those...

In the calm space mountains rise
