TIMING IS EVERYTHING
When the stars are all lined up
And you happen to catch a break
People may think you're lucky
But you know its God's grace
It can happen so fast
Or a little bit too late
Timing is everything
We've all had our share of close calls
When life's opened our eyes to see
Teaching us just how fragile life can be
Watching as things fall out of line
Guessing it wasn't the right time

I could've been the child that God took home,
I would've been one...

The moment I'm around them I hold my breath
Just trying to make the moment last
But no matter how hard I try it always goes too fast

Everyone around me is not my side
I think I saw a neighbor just call the fives

Now I'm stressing
Where can these bodies
Before the cops arrive
Right when I tossed a leg
I heard a car in the drive way
Then I ran to meet him outside
Shake hands and say hi

ALWAYS HOLDING YOUR HAND
Oh please don't you ever feel lonely or even sad
my time has drawn short and now I must go
always remember happier times we have had
I'll be thinking of you always I want
you to know
We all come to Earth for the span of our lifetime
not ever knowing our number of days or years
I want to hold you hand 'til you're feeling fine
also gently wipe away any doubts and/or fears
Honestly I have not truly ever left your side
though in my absence it may feel and seem so
now I'm in my Heavenly home where I abide
and restassured I am...

LOST before FOUND then FORGOTTEN
Slowly you're gliding ever so softly sweetly drifting in
So gently cautiously stepping into my sleeping heart
Did you even know you had captured and entered
That forgotten chamber that's been unfilled for so long?
Surely you hadn't or you would not
have withdrew abruptly
With echoing footsteps of denial as I fall completely apart
Forgotten dreams stillborn and still were unloved
Draped across your masculine shoulders so strong.
My desires still unmet as I continue reaching out
For I am nothing...

The Summer was gone
and time for us to move on
My heart burned hotter than the sand
and I was your biggest fan
I thought we had the real thing
but I guess it was just a fling
I will never forget those days
when I signed your yearbook love always
Without even a sigh
you told me goodbye

i wanted to cry
All I felt was pain
