All too common sense
Why question ?
it’s boring
and it gets on our tits
Go protest
in silence
somewhere
where that shit might fit
Be told
why don’t you!
Just do as I say
Now you’re marching for freedom
mate, that sounds a bit gay
Listen,
it’s not hard
we all think the same
This conflict you’re causing
maybe it’s all in your brain
How can we be wrong
if each of us agree
The world is as it seems, dude
we don’t...

Sometimes(The walls) Hurt
Verse 1
Even if I could, I don't think I should
make you feel something for me
it's just another sunset in history
take it how you want, don't worry, I won't
no more need to lie
tomorrow has already said goodbye
Chorus
Alone at last, just us two, fading fast
afraid to say what we both know
that today was tomorrow that we let go
maybe it's my fault or yours
but this disease has no cures
I'm not a man you need, so godspeed
and adios my friend
tell them hello for me, I got a wound to tend
...

Obliterate the Fear
Jack is a salesman. A man who knows his craft. He's cunning, shrewd and eager to make money. He's been in this line of work for over 25 years. Jack and his ex-wife had a daughter named Amber. He lost contact with Amber after the divorce, which is going on 20 years now. One of Jack's biggest fears is flying. Helicopter, Airplane, Jet, it doesn't matter. No flying! He's been on a jet once in his life. The one time was as a child (which is where the fear began). When his ex-wife divorced Jack, which was due to his neglect of his family, he decided to move to Los Angeles California. There Jack...

Saint Midnight and the Dragon
As folly goes, I think mine not so bad
when channeled into an honest display.
Oh, it had been by a dull aegis clad
which was an inhibition of dismay.
But now it sparkles like some brand-new plate
that treats me to a giggle and a laugh
and is now the kind of charming trait
a chap relies on for an epitaph.
Of course, those lines need not be for me,
buoyed now by invisible armor
whose weightless cheer has set my folly free
to be its own rust-free harmless charmer...
in a universe where epitaphs laugh

Creature of the Night
The calendar's ruthless march takes a toll
and each year there's less vinegar to piss.
Yet maturity may prove sweetly droll
and that I will accept in lieu of bliss.
That major muscle group bombast of youth,
wherein the vinegar was the fuel,
had me so embarrassingly uncouth
you'd have been better off with a mule.
Now, sometimes, towards the end of a day
that inelegant vigor seems misplaced.
Time is no captain's order to belay
and so, what I have left I must not waste.
Therefore, of slumber, a...

The Pensive Moon
The tall trees cast their long shadows
The fading sun, escapes the deep furrows
And the flocking birds regain fluffy homes
To leave the poet in a silent world, roam
Dark blue sky tells the landing night
The glimmering stars make a fainting sight
A pale face from the deep blue shall daze
Behind olden mountains, tall and wise
Into the blue goes the moon:Fluent rise
Sailing into darkness of the milky haze
And when in still, i behold the scene
A snap of the past, will pass unseen :
Had i seen the moon...

The last tear
Look closely into my eyes
and see at last, the happiness tells no lies
my heart no longer aches or throbs
waiting for you to emerge from the fog.
See how my smile finally has reemerged
after all the worry has been purged,
yes you now hear my laugh all over the room
and hear my deep sighs of peace in my tomb.
Like the proverbial zombie I rise
wiping death from my eyes,
yes, look now my friend at my hands
free of any binding bands
no longer being wrung with fret
or being beaten against the pillow so wet.
Yes, I...
and see at last, the happiness tells no lies

Nothingness
My hurt spoke to me of nothingness
and I long to let go of myself
Deep into the darkness
never to feel anything again
I don't want to try anymore
trying to fit in and still standing out
The one I love just wants to be accepted
I am cast out
I expected him to shiver with me in the cold
the cold spoke nothingness into my soul
and I long to let go of myself
Deep into the darkness
never to feel anything again
I don't want to try anymore
trying to fit in and still standing out
The one I love just wants to be accepted
I am cast out
I expected him to shiver with me in the cold
the cold spoke nothingness into my soul

fascism, more or less
nationalism is thinking where you
come from is better than anywhere else; you need to get out more ..
it’s good to be proud of your history has told us time and time again that your bloody racism is a mess ..

More.
Thank you God, for everything.
But we’re sorry, it’s just not enough.
Because even a life a universe beyond
The dreams of the unluckiest amongst us,
Cannot stand resolute forever,
In the unshakable and brutal roars,
Of a brain hardwired through centuries of evolution,
Destined to infinite greed.
So please be kind,
And please forgive us,
In these childish moments,
Where all gratitude is disregarded,
And demands are made to further move heaven and earth,
To fix a life that was so abruptly no longer enough -
A shameful...

Test
Call me a moth to a flame but drawn to the things I know will cause me pain
Battle of strength battle of will
Do I give in to the easy thrill
Call me crazy Call me insane but I need the excitement in my veins
Do I stay strong Do I give in
Is this a test I can't win
Battle of strength battle of will
Do I give in to the easy thrill
Call me crazy Call me insane but I need the excitement in my veins
Do I stay strong Do I give in
Is this a test I can't win

Kicking Up Dust
I ripped the rear view off,
no looking back on us.
Gas pedal to the floor,
I'm the only one I trust.
Threw that locket out the window
with your picture still inside
headed down the interstate
speeding at ninety-five.
Switching lanes left and right,
I refuse to tap the brakes,
I'll no longer tear my heart apart
being your unwanted mistake.
no looking back on us.
Gas pedal to the floor,
I'm the only one I trust.
Threw that locket out the window
with your picture still inside
headed down the interstate
speeding at ninety-five.
