Redemption Part 2
Ok
Let's try again
Redemption feels ok
It's day to day
Trying to see things from your perspective
You know obsession
How it rules me
You too of of course
Different, not equal but similar
Part of me is pure
Other part is pig caveman
Sometimes you like that part
Then other days you lay me out
Love gets in the way often
Thought this was going to something else
An obtuse sex poem I'm known for
Feeling edgy
It will pass
What happened before won't happen again
Guide me
Make fun of me
Love...

Slowburn
I’ve been noticing
How fkn exhausting it is to
Be the particular way that I am
About things being done
The right way
And I’ve
Been wanting
For a life of higher luxury
To pamper myself with status
Adorning myself with
Earthly desires
Filling the
Void
That stares back
I usually do it with music
Rap has been bumping
To my heartbeat and
Keeping me going
While arousing
Me too
Consuming the
Things I can have because
Right now...

OCD
When OCD is in my head
It fills me up
With so much dread
And thoughts of disastrous
Events appearing real
The "what if's" come
It's fear that I feel
What's best for now
Is some needed distraction
To help me focus
On something of value
A slow deep breath
Makes for a productive start
The door was shut
But now it's open
To help me move in
A different direction
A glance up at the sky
A bird flying high
Can help me to get
Alright in my mind
It fills me up
With so much dread
And thoughts of disastrous
Events appearing real
The "what if's" come
It's fear that I feel
What's best for now
Is some needed distraction
To help me focus
On something of value
A slow deep breath
Makes for a productive start
The door was shut
But now it's open
To help me move in
A different direction
A glance up at the sky
A bird flying high
Can help me to get
Alright in my mind

A Penlight
Cancel out the darkness
learning to read
what might be remembered
with a penlight
silencing the echoes
with a magic marker
until you get your sight back
from exploring the unknown
walking alone
with a penlight
listening to your awareness
learning to read
what might be remembered
with a penlight
silencing the echoes
with a magic marker
until you get your sight back
from exploring the unknown
walking alone
with a penlight

Neurasthenia
maybe could
tattoo my
blood
on my skin
scratch my
DNA
in a frame
by the wall
pieces,
of skin
on the carpet
at the door
forget my
genome
in the song
in good rhythm
without the smell
either motive or end.
scratch my
skin
in the park
at the foot of the mountain,
in the mirror
of my room
where you can't see me...
or in the wind
the nuisance of my fears.
expel my
sweet beyond honey
from my gallbladder
and leave me lost
in...

BEHIND THESE EYES
Behind these eyes when we go to a place of mere separation from life and the world, we can feel the deepness swirling within our soul and mind. Screaming at us hollering our name at loud telling us, that there is no were to hide except behind a mask as an disguise. For as the whispers of the darkness creeps into the subconsciousness of our mind, we try to hide that we are not afraid of the darkness and thunder and lightning. That shots across the darken skies, making us feel nothing at all deep down inside of us except darkness swirling around like whispers of the winds. Leaving the utmost...

hangman's scaffold
neurodivergent people can
be tall, thin, brilliant, O
and work a pair C
of fuck-me D
heels
so
very
well
that normative thinkers
forget that we can't actually
deal with breaks in the patterns.
I’m in the audience cheering this time.
