The Lady Blue (Torn Between Two Lovers)
I believed Gary when he said we were through so when he showed up at a party Joe and I threw, I was shocked to see him. Not only was he there but he had come alone. I couldn't stop thinking about him and all of the good times we had shared.
Towards the end of the evening, he followed me into the kitchen as I went to get a drink of water from the faucet. I had just set the empty glass in the sink and was turning around when he cornered me in front of the refrigerator.
"You look absolutely stunning," he said pushing me gently against the refrigerator....

A Battle of Faith
It's me again
I touched myself in way I'm not supposed to,
I turned to porn even when I promised I won't do.
Now I feel too guilty to even approach you
I know this is not serving me
I know this not safe for me

Three years have come and passed. Three years till I am thirty. Oh, how time has passed. Nineteen in Europe still feels at arm's length, yet it is merely a dream. To crawl into the rabbit hole, and wither away with wonder.
Pulling me under and in, internal inquisition.
Like curling up without a blanket.
Breathing isn't the same.
What should be common sense, I now question.
I find myself sucking all the air I allow myself.
Hypothesized, ionic, blue, electrical current.
Hypnotic engagement, layers.
Down, swirling, spinning, perception, imagination, all flowing.
I try to stop the gravity of flooding awe, but the unraveling mystery alternates my senses.

These days are going by like a blur,
I haven't had much chance to discuss with you
The things that I've been going through.
When I lie my head down on my bed,
I've got some concerns about something you said,
I know I've shown tremendous emotional growth,
And I know you've seen said personal growth,
But we talked about my concerns with talking to my work crush,
And how if we become friends, because I don't want to rush,
At some point, I'll tell him how I feel, even if we stay friends,

A longing to be loved
Mom is beautiful.
And dad is strong.
I know that’s where I get it from.
But, I don’t want to be them.
Wearing scars on my wrist like break crumbs.
They never even noticed them.
Refused to acknowledge that I was broken.
Always happy is what they’re hoping for.
But people are made for more.
I don’t wanna loose them.
But they don’t want me when I’m numb.
They don’t love the person that I’ve become.
They’re apart of me, whether they like it or not.

I had a dream last night,
It seemed so real, like my eyes were open to sight,
About somehow ending up in another dimension,
To a different place, I had never been,
A place, I could not quite pin.
It was like the world I knew,
But slightly different, too.
It was a dimension where I had never existed,
But when I brought my things, they existed,
As if they were transfered seamlessly,
I had my wallet, therefore my bank account was there,
I had my phone, therefore my notes, bookmarks, and history were there....

At the end of my rope (03-10-2022)
Again the pressure is building up inside my head. When am I going to snap? When will I reach my limit? I can’t hold this inside for much longer. My mind is racing, crashing against the walls I have built myself. Walls raised for protection, raised to appear normal, raised so I can function, strengthened by the knowledge of past borders I protected. Stretching the periods between outbursts. But knowing that it has been quite a while that it happened. The voices are driving me crazy. Getting louder each day and night. Unable to sleep properly, unable to think clear. Insomnia is driving me nuts....
