a swallow leaves as pages of palm trees brown.
hardly drinking, the sopping fish

It’s winter now upon subtle grounds
and swallowing difficult when one has that
itch and feel that we might be missing something.
Bookmarked the uncertainty, the mainstay
we do despite the weather,
friends are left behind. Invite to come along

the old conflict
The oldest conflict
They shot and wounded the old Syrian in his tobacconist’s
near where I live, he was rescued by passers-by
By the corner, two Jews dressed in black, stood motionless
I thought of vultures, waiting for the lion to die.
It is so abstract 2000 years, nothing ever changes; who is
right and who is wrong don’t matter anymore, empathy
has gone, only grim, ancient hatred remains.
Different interpretations of the right way to God becomes
meaningless, chaos in a miasma of words, everyone is right
but fail to see the...

Beautiful Oriental Journey of Life - Rewrite
Beautiful Oriental Journey of Life
Future life of our reborn spirits
Headed to the forbidden city
Where dreams soar like dragons
On wings of saffron visions
Born of conch echoes
Whose echo sings of ancient sutras
Flying on prayer wheels in the sky
As our hearts meet on a golden hearth
Where snowy leopards
Lay down with yaks
In peaceful pastures
My wife was still very much alive
and we were taking the train ...

Hokkaido Maiden
Hokkaido Maiden
Dawn of the kabuki spirit
Rises like a Hokkaido mist
When cold north winds blow
Across her pale winter complexion
Painted like snow
With lips pink like morning
With the glitter in her eyes
Blue as her birthstone
But often clouded by doubt
And dirty blonde tresses
Soaked in sunshine
Of ancient cherry blossom
Reborn

Lady of the Sea
Lady of the Sea
Dark shade of red for waxed brows
Arched roof for sea nymph pi eyes
Whose infinity circles prophetess gaze
Into blue-eyed Elgin marble of love
With her lips parted ever so slightly
In pink cherry blossoms of cirrus dawn
Gathered over Sea of Japan
Where she plays the Koto
For Basho pilgrims
Barefoot in the salty water
Who gather Nori from the rocks
For Sushi dreams on the way to Satori
Where her toes dangle on the edge of eternity

Future Whispers To The Dawn Of The Past...
Body centered, inhaling, exhaling, Dragon Blood incense bellowing, purple candle burning
Eye closing, reversing, blackness churning
Elevated, cognitive lifted, I proudly breathe as a French Haitian Creole intellectual and with blessings, gifted
Devoid the temple of all negative strife, earthly contentions
Visions passing of several dimensions
Who are you, monsieur, to you have invaded my space in the universal of man’s time
Were you ordained by the secrets of Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, God’s seeds planted to harvest the land of milk,...

High, How Are You?
I am high
like how are you and how do you do...
High
Like low oxygen low gravity low gravitas
High
Like empty
Like negative infinity and beyond
But in a way that manifests compassion,
Like hydroelectricity.
like how are you and how do you do...

Where is your God?
Where is your God
Who allows so much pain and misery
In this, yes, very miserable world He (or She) created?

Emptiness
when you realize
that there is no order
when you see
beyond your concepts
when everything merges
boundaries blur
when you know
your truths
are merely beliefs
constructed from within
by bricks assembled
by ignorance
and fear
when you see
that this sheet of paper
contains the entire universe
when silence
says it all
that there is no order
when you see
beyond your concepts
when everything merges
boundaries blur
when you know
your truths
are merely beliefs
constructed from within

Anonymity
I like that you all do not know who I am,
because then it will not hurt as much when I go-
you probably will not even know.

the homily
The homily
At the church entrance
Beggars line up when the sermon is over
The parishioners in the warm feeling of faith
Give beggars coins.
God’s work be done.
The cripple gets up and leave

This Is Not My Solipsism -1
Rattlesnake:
I definitely did not create rattlesnake,
or anything else that can kill me by biting me,
with my mind.
