Do not succumb to the sadness
it is what it is
just sadness
let it out,
get it out
do not let it take you down
the tears must fall
but you must not
the release is needed
it is as natural as rain
scream if need be
shout it out,
empty your soul
from time to time
don't let the feelings collect,
vent.....
Hmmmmmmm,
perhaps, just maybe,
if I took my own advice
I'd be a happier person
or I could just be one of those people
who truly enjoys feeling like shit
kinda gives me an excuse to be a bitch all the time,
well, well , well......
looks like I need to work on myself a bit more :)
