Wonderland.
A foe of though we do not speak,
within the Rabbit Hole I fell too
deep.
'Off with her head!' The Queen
screamed face red.
(I shall not put this matter to
bed; for it will be YOU who is
dead.)
Then, an illuminous light blocked
my path, the clack of tea-cups
rang throughout.
(The light chatter of people and
the high-pitch of a symphony
pierced through the background.)
I stepped two steps before I was
found.
'Well, hello there Alice! Welcome
back!'
(I nearly had a heart-attack.)
He was a curious man with a
curious hat, upon his lap sat
a grinning pink and purple cat.
'How do you know me? I know
you not.'
(I was confused beyond reasoning as
the plot became a knot.)
'Please, come have some tea...'
He whispered quite sinisterly.
A snarl licked beneath his breath
as I stepped forward another
stupid step.......
