We start humilitously
each considering their other
the Better Half
a minimum
60 percent compromise
given by both sides
should disagreement
actually arise
during this
impermanent interval
of hard-wired hardcore
magically linked
through body
AND mind
in this society,
excluding the occasional
archaic vestige
where it`s mutually accepted
that ONE inhabits
a greatly disparate
position of control,
halves become Whole
unaminous in purpose
aptitudes assert themselves
as each carve out
territories of responsibility
to keep the union going
nature clandestinly
intervenes
idiosyncratic gripes
are not discarded
but deferentialy
set aside
while in hot pursuit
of Shared Vision`s
intentional Design
yet time flies
amid alien flavors
of inacurrate expectations
unimagined events
and changed minds
if fate conspires
to prevent completion
or forces
grotesque mutation
of the Grand Scheme........
beings
quite naturally
become
Eye-to-Eye blind
quite self-centered
when End-Game`s
foothills are entered
those formerly in love
become subject to
celibitual rituals,
misapropriation of funds,
countless differences
and indifferences
thus begins the end
of the run
