Darkness carries me away

Smash your head against the cage
Red rain clouded eyes
This porcelain mask cracks
The pain blends with the scars
The reason for the suffering
Long forgotten

Self loathing no longer needs a reason
After all it is the season
Believe what you will
Sanity will be back in five
Perhaps never to return at all

Doctor sedate me
Or these demons will escape me
This tedious grip on reality
Slipping
