SKY

As I lay here
facing up  
gazing through
the sky light
I picture myself
with you, lying beside me
even though we are  
thousands of miles away from each other
I know that you are looking
at the same sky
the same moon and stars
as they glisten and shine
so beautifully for you
and me
I can almost feel your hand  
in mine
as I close my eyes
I can feel myself drifting
with the moon to
where you are
