Jupiter Sized Plates

Let's rotate this
salt sodden sphere
anti clockwise
then we can avoid
its shear demise ,
watch it spin back
through the ages
back before Domesday
had any pages.
Back to when the Sphinxe's were alone
in salt water
constructed by beings
that landed in something lenticular.
Back to one land mass
when Stegosauruses
trampled
over innocent
blades of grass.
Back to when it was a burning ball of fire
atmospheric conditions
uninhabitable
it took a while to tire .
To be able to control
this whole mass of global
just like you were playing
with a marble.
Just as if you were in another
dimension
providing the orb
with its ever
changing weather
and evolution.
To position it on its axis ,
wow ,
that would be something else.
I'm only dreaming of perception
far out from another dimension .
and dining off Jupiter sized plates .
