Like Petals In the Wind
Nothing is in fact, more tragic than love
But when aligning the stars above
The moon will sing and the clouds will cry
Everything shall mourn within the sky
When the atmosphere parts
And the Earth gives way
The sun will shine and make a brighter day
Eventually it will turn grey
Like Mr. Dorian, we will hide away
But when they take you
And our majesty’s crown
I will be saddened
And I will frown
You will be dead
And I shall be gone
The tragic lose
Of our nursing fawn
Nature’s new groove
Like petal astride
And I shall remember
That I once was alive
I wrote this around a long time ago for an English class, so I don't think it's the best...
