Two Kings

I'd burn bright tonight though sure I am in flight,
in flight from the very same I'm chasing from this height.
To pause a while will ruin all this I do,
to pause a while will burn him surely too.

This chase, I say, forever flows through time,
up 'til a time the scythe claims whole my prime.
Though years and years will pass 'fore that will come,
those years though far in time will make me numb.

This chase for now is safe from end abrupt,
will bless all 'round except all those corrupt.
What they deserve is death untold by time,
its better served when all forgets their crime.

And so this chase just goes its never gone,
against two Gods whose servants slaves to dawn.
For I'd reign full on half and half alone,
we two are fair so his is just my clone.

We reign supreme while chasing each for which,
none else can reach this feat none dare impeach.
For if they do, they will undo,
their lives not made anew.

And so this goes,
a story flows.
Kings Sun and Moon,
a sad and happy tune.
