Even In Death

Bury me 6 feet under ground
If I die today
I feel the shadows coming to play

Even in Death,
I will sing my lullaby
Here, it is written in blood
My soul wonders free
Here, I am joyous

Sometimes Death is shadowed by regrets
But here, as I lay barely breathing,
There is no doubt
I am ready

Even in Death,
I will sing my lullaby
Here, it is written in blood
My soul wonders free
Here, I am joyous

Beautiful razors and dirty pills
Got me here
My demons whisper: "Come and play..."

I am no longer scared
I lay in my Bed of Roses
Letting thorns dig so deep
These wounds will never hal

Even In Death,
I will sing my lullaby
Here it is written in blood
My soul wonders free
Here, I am joyous

Death comes to steal my soul
Come take me
I am here, waiting
Light fades to black
Hear that mourning bell
