Mirror
Who do you think you are?
Staring at me with those judgmental eyes
I don't judge so why do you judge me
Reminding everyday of what I am not
Seeping inadequate thoughts in my head
But your not perfect yourself
I see the lies in disguise
The front you put on, come on lets be blunt
Though every time I look at you tears start to flood,
as my mind is overwhelmed with insecure thoughts and plague
I see the evidence of what you have done,
and your world is starting to crack
Its like your standing in a world much darker than mine
I see it now, the truth is crystal clear..
As I go to reach out and give you a hug you so desperately need
My hands run along cold glass
Its's just a mirror
Staring at me with those judgmental eyes
I don't judge so why do you judge me
Reminding everyday of what I am not
Seeping inadequate thoughts in my head
But your not perfect yourself
I see the lies in disguise
The front you put on, come on lets be blunt
Though every time I look at you tears start to flood,
as my mind is overwhelmed with insecure thoughts and plague
I see the evidence of what you have done,
and your world is starting to crack
Its like your standing in a world much darker than mine
I see it now, the truth is crystal clear..
As I go to reach out and give you a hug you so desperately need
My hands run along cold glass
Its's just a mirror
