Where Did My Honey Pot Go?
What need have we
of so much condemnation?
The men will say
their women are too fat
or complain too much
or are not affectionate enough
or will not attend to them,
that these women
are castrating bitches
and have turned a sour face
to the metal of their men,
and this is why they rust
in hunger so
in the frigid carelessness
of dark lonesomeness,
a cat sleeping gently
at her head,
a 1000 miles away
on the other side
of the castle bed.
Why nothing is so further
from the truth I tell you.
At 300 calories
per love making
and with her needing
to lose as you say 40 pounds,
that's 467 fucks
you owe her sweet ass.
But you bought her
kitchen appliances
for her birthday
and never loved her nails
when she did them
and now your girl
is all enveloped
in self-loathing
and her spry step
has waddled out
of belief
that any man
would want her anew,
loud from repeating her needs,
inattentive from having to do it herself,
and her cat never once having told her
that she reminded her
of her mother,
or complaining
that she was not as pretty
as she used to be,
and to be truthful,
it's your own impotence
that you have found
rolled up like a sock
to fake the hairline mistake
of thinking
youth was what love was all about
instead of knowing
just what side your bread
was buttered on
when you stole all that jam.
