Chatteled Concubine

you bought the inside of me
with words of silk
smooth,
luscious
on skin and heart.

verses on rose petals
with scented ink
float under dew drops
veined with tattoos
of servile art.

woven between the lines
you softly imprint
into my senses
through these leaves
you've grown and carved.

the curves of my name
molded by your quill
tickle my head
my will laves, under your spell
your sweet command.

i smell your passion
see your smile
taste your tears
hear your sighs.

but, when i reach the bottom
and page turns

blank...

i crave you
and the letters
still resting on your mouth.
