Dragon's Melody
In meadows of gray touched with hues of blue
on a canvas gentley tended
I watch my dragons roam on open plains
Their beauty, I'm in aww and well intended
For to me they are once of pain
Draped in clouds and mist in mountains
There lie my dragons, as precious as platinum
And no human nor beast can steal them away;
In meadows of gray, my dragons will remain forever
My dragons lie and watch the world pass buy from their tower
And my heart grows stronger as they fly
When the night grows cold and black
But I do not fear the black velvet night
My dragons fear the the dark indeed
For they know my soul suffers most at night
They try with all their might to ease my pain with dragon love
I am soothed by grey meadows
And hearing my dragons sing beautiful songs that touch my soul
For hearing their song puts me in bliss and for a fleeting minute I
forget my pain and am able to smile for a time
When I'm with my dragons they make everything sublime
But I know it's just a temporary thing
on a canvas gentley tended
I watch my dragons roam on open plains
Their beauty, I'm in aww and well intended
For to me they are once of pain
Draped in clouds and mist in mountains
There lie my dragons, as precious as platinum
And no human nor beast can steal them away;
