All the secrets I hide under my skin.
Scarlet letters appear as the blade sinks in.
"I don't want to be here anymore!"
Highlighted by vivid crimson.
I'm shattered deep within.
Veiled only by this smile.

I'll scream out one last time before I bleed out.
I Need You Now!
Hear me through this distance.
Feel how hollow I've become.
Oh god! Please! Just someone!

On the inside I'm no longer alive.
Everyday I hear my own eulogy.
Ignorance!
Impudence!
Masochists!
All words of my inadequacy..
I will never find an inner peace...

As tears stream,
Just see what hides behind grey hazel eyes.
See all the lies,
Pain, grief and inner shame.
See how I've been mislead, abused, and misread.
See all my scarlet inlays within this porcelain canvas.
See that on the inside there's nothing but rage.
And I can't stand it!

And on the inside how numb I've become.
