Butterfly kisses, Anne

Velvet eyelashes
Butterfly kisses
Flew away to Neverland
Bewitching malignant
Brushes of a hand
Dewy, damp, deeply departed
Glacially unresponsive
In our bed built up
With cushioned bricks
Of the foundations
For our long lost loathing
Can you find it?
Where you are?
Oh my darling
Roll out of the covers
This glaring morning
The birds are beginning
To stare a song
Rich with lies
Piercing through my spirits
Your hair is matted
With crimson
Your heaviness of heart
Put it there
Why don't you speak Anne?
Flat eyes scream
Tales of melancholia
But I want your voice
It has been a week Anne
Flies start buzzing
Singing the sound
Of renegades
And murder
I miss you Anne
With your sweet, sweet
Butterfly kisses
