Goodbye Tomorrow
Even if the world burns apart,
All the words that never reached my lips,
Will always forever be my pain.
I'll lie awake, and
Ignore the thoughts that dance in my
Head. My heart will die
As you sleep because I'll conduct the disaster
To scar my skin so I can own this hurt
Once again. Trust me, there's more to this nightmare.
You think you figured me out,
But with the turn of this knife,
You'll see that you were wrong.
I knew you wouldn't last the lifetime
You had said. The sorrow still lasts,
And it's time to say goodbye tomorrow.
All the words that never reached my lips,
Will always forever be my pain.
I'll lie awake, and
Ignore the thoughts that dance in my
Head. My heart will die
As you sleep because I'll conduct the disaster
To scar my skin so I can own this hurt
Once again. Trust me, there's more to this nightmare.
You think you figured me out,
But with the turn of this knife,
You'll see that you were wrong.
I knew you wouldn't last the lifetime
You had said. The sorrow still lasts,
And it's time to say goodbye tomorrow.
