Beautiful One
A beautiful lucious lady has entered my life
with delicate strokes of her lovely words
has brushed against my soul like the flutter of angel wings
i've lived behind a wall of steel
hardened by life's lessons
i put on a tough front
afraid to let her in
not wanting her to see
the frightened child that hides in the shadows
scarred and marred
by the twisted paths i've walked
my broken wings not much of a covering
she has awakened in me feelings
of such a tender nature
a goddess among women
a submissive lady i am
worries she seeks a dominate woman
in which to befriend
her being shines like the sun
having walked down many of the paths i've traveled
she has come out the other side a fierce warrior
i'm still seeking the fighter in me
this poem is dedicated to you beautiful one
with much love for the fierce yet tender nature i see
thank you for reaching in and causing
my darkened heart to feel
a most beautiful rose
who has awakened my senses

This is lovely Crim :) A heartfelt poem or hope and fear, and the conflict those two emotions bring. You're lucky to have found someone that has awoken something in you, however small. And you are stronger than you think. You're still here. :)
