gotta watch those metaphors (AND similes)- they make expression too easy, & dilute the 'less obvious' gifts that could take form spontaneously.....if ye wanna hang on to 'belief' that "metaphors create the we live in...", then what i just said to ye w'ill be of no use nor value....& that's okay too.

metaphors do create the world we live in in the sense that they make us experience/think the world in a different way.

"existed" should be "exist" (I think.)  Nice poem, quite to the point.  To me all words, concepts are metaphors because they give a hint of something, point to something, except proper names, of course.  The word "water" cannot be drunk.
