for these side effects

for these side effects

1. drink water, lots of water
2. eat fruit, lots of fruit
3. sit in the center of a room, bum on the floor
4. close your eyes
5. speak aloud to yourself
6. tell yourself the 10 things you love most in the world.
7. imagine them, experience them in your mind.
(smell the flowers, swim in the sea)
8. when you are finished say "pascalle loves me"
9. go bath / shower
10. go for a walk
repeat this process weekly or as required. finnish full course.
