Who are you?
Are you the one?
 
The one to release me from the darkness
the one who will bathe me in the sun  
 
are you the one who will carry the weight of my sins
the one who truly knows where I have been
 
are you the one they speak about in all the great books
the one who knows everything and right where to look
 
are you the one who will free me from this hell
are you the angel, the one who fell
 
are you the one they call the light
the one that will stop the endless night
 
 
 
of course your not your just another lost soul like me
trapped in this hell looking for the skeleton key
 
trying to make it to the pearly gates
yet we are both filled with so much hate
 
two damaged entity's burning in a sea of flames
two beasts looking for someone else to blame
 
laughing as our flesh melts off in the fiery sea
knowing this is how it will always be
 
he gives us that glimpse of hope to make the fire hotter
we are eternally damned, two souls forever slaughtered
