i been just hateing the thought
of your affection ive so diligently sought
i gave you every bit of myself
just to have it dismantled and ridiculed
piece by painstaking piece ,
taken down by the love of you,
why did i not see the signs clearly in front of me
obviously you never intended to even pretend to care
i see you going on no issues no answers required,
just head up smiling bounding through the wreakage
with ease and flare laughing it up like the pied piper
leading all the joy and light away but bitterly
i still stay i refuse head games to play
say what is there left to say except goodbye
why tears dont you cry  i feel no remorse for your pain
you waste time trying to make me see as if telling me to look
when clearly i am blind no sight atleast not when were looking at your pain
i have to have a why how and who answers i seek
but like a mute you will not speak
im uncomfortable in my skin the crawling feeling
theres  much i fear and you leave me to clear my minds
screaming dead without help from reason
and you and i from differant beliefs of how endings should be
and in limbo i wait dangling carelessly from my lifes tree
the pied piper just plays on and carries all dreams
hopes ,promises away with the song of his flute
so i dangle by my throat i wish it would strangle and die in me already im ready for the mourning ive cried as much as one could
im willing to now allow the notion that it will never be
never again what we once were i cant pretend that your betrayal
never occured even as i swing dieing words slurred
i once lost myself in you letting reality just dance outside my realm of belief trying to acheive that love i believed it to be
dreams cobweb cleared as reality im now steered
its just weird dont you think how hope floats but love sinks
