The Sweetest Sin

The silver blade shines.
Along with her little eyes.
As she reaches forward,
Resting her hand in mine.
Only to pull back,
And in my hand lies,
That shred of silver,
And a part of me dies.
With out this part though,
I will loss control,
And she replaces herself.
Becoming part of my broken soul.

She guides that shred of moonlight,
And does the sweetest sin.
She presses it down,
Breaking through my fragile skin.
The pain comes in bursts,
Chasing away the god damn hurt.
And my heart skips a beat,
As I fall to my knees.
But as I hit the ground,
She kisses my cheek.
"Take it all in..."
Her command was so bleak,
But I do as I am told.
Let it take over.
Watch red rose peddles,
Fall to the ground and settle.
Feel the comforting throbbing,
Let myself start sobbing.
Watch her fade away,
To come again,
Another sweet day.
