Winter's Heart

Since the very first moment my eyes saw you,
since the very first moment i had a chance to feel,
how hauntingly beautiful you are,
there was a light in my heart, weak but worth for keep alive.

Cry not for the thrill that lost its taste,
cry not for the soul that has died,
but remember those nighty hair,
the hope in those eyes, i will be here forever,
if you would want to dream.

Seems like its getting colder,
that cruel autumn wind is moving leaves like nothing,
looks like the worst kind of pain,
to melt all memories into the ground and let the snow cover them up,
like they have never existed,
and all of it is in dust but in my heart not.

After i broke the bound of fear,
after i tore down all my monsters,
you have left me alone here,
in winter's heart to turn into a sculpture of ice,
that lost almost all, but memories they wont leave.

The first flake of snow,
followed by more to come,
so hopeless i seem to be,
strong enough to fight,
but i need to feel i am not only a memory.

For the truth from your warm mouth,
i would throw my life in a heart beat,
but how will i know its not a bluff,
only i take you with me into this cold heart to freeze,
so that i can see your translucent heart to read it,
the truth.
