Stop bugging me

I love you and care for you

I'll always be there for you

But there is one problem

and the problem is me

I have died and have come back as a bee

I tried to caress your sweet hair,

but you slapped me in fear and I died right there

I was reborn as an ant

I crawled up your shoe and tried to woo you

like we used to do, me and you

but I cant help it, I bit and you squashed me,

well, again that was it

I came back as a bat

I circled your head on your nightly walks with your cat

I rested on your shoulder, tried to have a chat

but you screamed 'n shooed me with your hat

Off I went screeching, and catching the mosquito

If there were some way I could let you know

to let my love show

but then if I did it would all be wrong

on this planet, interspecies love

is never sung about in a love song

unless you are heavily into drugs

there is no other way to make love to bugs.
