The Napalms Of Negative Vibes

The discussions on DU are a sight to see
large dose of venom in some, what a reality

First there was the dialogue about what was art
anything else should remain in the cart
Not to be looked at by these experts of form
by their great wisdom is created a norm

Then waving their sensors at erotic lines
that it could be more then porno blows their minds
Have to sound off in King's English or it isn't real
leave me out of the haughtiness they must feel

And now dissing overrated poets who get many to read
oh what disgusting low and dirty deed
To have many look at what you write
must be much of nothing and totally trite

But even if true do I need to bring others down
not a pleasing sound if I make another drown
Reading another for my enjoyment and my own sake
is the road I would rather take

And knowing that maybe my words intrigued another to say
thanks for sharing and making my day
I don't need to worry if 2 or 100 see me unload
the images of my mind or my internal code

For even in a bad effort there is something I can gain
beyond any lavish praise or insane fame
Just the effort to write I don't want to miss
for here is where I have found my bliss!
