Cryptic messages deep in the night
From a distance, I felt you craving my touch.
Reanimating an old, familiar connection
The touch of a man, that feeling you desire so much..........
Purr kitten, purr for me
Summon thou to comfort thee
Allow my kisses set thy inhibitions free
Purr sweet kitten, purr for me
"Your smile......so very happy
You look familiar
Reminds me of somethin' good
I once felt
Thinking something mellow
I dreamed of someone like you
Thinking something mellow

Strong skilled, musical hands
touching your body yet so tender
Feeling a steady undulation
as your nature yields to mine in sweet surrender.
My full lips suckling
upon your succulent breast

It seems like whenever I read your work a smooth crooner pops into my head. In this case again Kashif, back when he was working with Mister Gorelick and G's music didn't all sound like elevator music.
The romantic qualities also brought to mind both Seal's "Love Divine" and the voice of Phil Perry, whom I first had the pleasure of hearing sing on tour with Lee Ritenour.

don't know if you ever heard "Your Smile" by Ms. Chaka, but back in the day,her words and delivery (as well as her look) was as hot as this poem. Mmmmmm.......what a woman with a voice can do to my soul

Talk about a survivor! She certainly had some inner demons to deal with. I prefer Ms.Khan to Patti Labelle, who sometimes seems to over sing a song. In my mind she isn't the only one but just made the biggest impression with her "belting" during charity events.
