I Remember

 
I have not seen you in a while;
And now that I look back upon our past;
Though we never spoke;
I feel that we had a connection.
That the connection was that we were
victims of the same crime.
 
But I must ask you this:
Even though you Know what He
did to you, why do make yourself suffer
by being by His Side?
I know the saying:
" The longer you hide from your fear,
The more terrifying it becomes. So stand up
and face it".
But it does not apply to what He
has done to us.
If you own the courage and ability
to face Him yourself, then I am not stopping you.
But remember this:
If He Is sorry for what He did,
He would have apologized those Twelve years ago.
 
And, also remember-If you remember Me,
and Who I am, and who I Was.
That if anything similar to the past
happens to you now, I am Here.
And I will Listen and Understand.
