Age of Aquarius

Now it's time for me to say
the important things
the truth revealed
as wisdom takes wing
it's time for us to face
what it means to be people
the sacred ground we tread
and the stars as our steeple
will guide us through the night our plight
of blindness is ending
The age of Aquarius
means our hearts are expanding
become colour blind
and it's easy to see
we are all connected
one community
one global family
and we escape to the trees
to get our release
promoting sharing caring
prosperity and peace
we must leave material wealth
and indulge in experience
our true nature revealed
through fits of delirious
dancing and thrashing
as the music unites
corrupted far too long
by consumerist lies
we were made to be free
and as our ego dissolves
we get a wonderful feeling
THAT IT'S TIME TO EVOLVE
as we all work together
to bring our consciousness up
we can turn this world around
no longer self destruct
I am here to take you home
I am here to raise you up
and yet some will protest
that heaven comes after death
but as we manifest on earth
it comes in each and every breath
so breath we me
feel with me
connect with me tonight
walk out of the darkness
and into the light
breath we me

I know you feel it
now lets live it
the power of love
returned as our birth right
