Army of silence
Often we are told silence is deadly
Emotions hidden from naïve eyes
Synthetic grins emerge when confronted.
We the army of silence
See things differently
Notice the world as it comes.
We tend to be honest and blunt
Some people will appreciate
Others with envy will retaliate.
Misunderstood and mocked
We sit back and contemplate
We always laugh last and loudest.

To most if your silent you might as well be screaming because they fear what they do not understand, and sometimes, in fact, it is the screams the silent wait for. Consider me a grunt in the army, I truely adore this piece
