Coverings of Ignorance
Traveling the path of spirituality
When we learn something new
From the Master, in meditation,
Does He really teach us something new?
Or -
Does He remove one or two
Coverings of ignorance
To reveal what was there all along?
Sant Rajinder Singh Ji says,
"The soul watches the play of the world
From a place of peace and contentment.
It is in tune with God
And thus anger and violence
Are not a part of its consciousness."

How goes your travels
On the inner path today?
When we learn something new
