Break Time

I'm sitting here
while we have coffee
and I think often
of what we'd do

You take and pour
a little cream
just inside your cup
I dream that I
can be inside
and I can fill you up

and undisguise you
while you undress
while deeply kissing,
see through me too.

I want to be the straw you hold
and let you lick my spoon
you hold your cup like all the world
is coming to you soon

I'll drink my coffee
and pretend it's you
and we'll make love
and so embrace;

the look
upon your face
the smile
it seems is brought by me

I know that I
would hold you close
and kiss your breasts
with honeyed taste.

I'm all about you
and having merely coffee
I dream about you
and having this.

We're having coffee
and merely talking
but in my mind
I'm really having you.

(Duet with quartet behind.
Each line is repeated
by each voice at harmony intervals)
