An enchanted memory of you
You sat there on the floor
your back to the wall
with your soft emerald eyes closed
And let the sun caress your skin.
Yet it seems, it seems,
as though the light comes from you,
from that soft pink skin
that I so adore.
I still imagine a gentle breeze
that rustles through your
yellow gold light brown hair
even though we were inside.
The light and warmth
seemed to flow around you
as an aquamarine stream, over
round moss covered grey rocks
deep in the enchanted woods.
What more majesty could nature create
to rival you, your looks, and your aura.
Were you dreaming of a paradise far away
when you sat there sunning yourself that day?
your back to the wall
with your soft emerald eyes closed
And let the sun caress your skin.
Yet it seems, it seems,
as though the light comes from you,
from that soft pink skin
that I so adore.
I still imagine a gentle breeze
that rustles through your
yellow gold light brown hair
even though we were inside.
The light and warmth
seemed to flow around you
as an aquamarine stream, over
round moss covered grey rocks
deep in the enchanted woods.
What more majesty could nature create
to rival you, your looks, and your aura.
Were you dreaming of a paradise far away
when you sat there sunning yourself that day?
