Forget me not…
Forget me not when I am there no longer
for although the distance may separate
I carry you in my spirit, it makes me stronger,
it wills me to return to the heaven of your embrace.
Forget me not my tender lover,
the sweetness of your melodies ,
gentle lilt of your words
for you are all I want, you and no other.
If one wish could be granted it would be,
to experience one more kiss and caress ,
to make love so majestically,
forever burned into our memory.
Forget me not my prince,
you who saw beauty inside me;
how ever short or long I may live
the moments we have shared gave life brilliance.
And if you ever come to question or have doubt,
know that to the stars at night I whisper a prayer so devout
that one day we will be able to make this right
so that separation never again will plague our nights.

Leaving you was very hard ,
the one I don’t want to live without ,
I carry within me always on my walkabout…
