No Time For Goodbye
I would have never guessed
this day would come.
You are gone.
told me ahead of time.
I tried to prepare for the storm.
I didn’t get to say goodbye to you.
I don’t think I need to.
We’re better off going our separate ways.
We’re better off not saying it.
I don’t care about you anymore.
You blew me over after I said, “I love you.”
You’re a player and I don’t want you.
I enjoyed the time we spent together,
But now it’s time for me to move on.

A strong choice to SEE the reality of another and move on... everyone deserves to be loved as we love...and never settle for less. Nice piece

It's refreshing to see someone actually speak of moving on and not harping on a love that wasn't meant to be. Realistic is the word I would choose for this, great job.
