Definition
How do you describe
what's going on in your mind
when your heart can't even seem to find
the right feeling
that defines the meaning
of the thought that started it all?
How do you fix
the deep chain of events
that seemed to have mixed
with the world that has now been created
unmasked and never dated?
Trapped in uncertainty
afraid of nothing
but fear everything.
While searching for that what,
I find everything but
Still trying to define
the emotions that linger in time
so I can finally bring closure to my mind.

On the whole this is a very emotive piece that describes your feelings very well (I'm saying your feelings been as this is in the self category).
In terms of the poem, in the second stanza you have:
"but fear everything.
While searching for that what,
I find everything but
Still trying to define"
This had me tripping up when I read the poem out loud, and feels a little muddled. Might I suggest the following edit:
"but I fear everything
searching for that
which I try to define"
Just may help with the flow of the piece. Thank you for the read.
