Chained

Chained to the walls of my mind
Thinking.
Thoughts sinking,
Constantly the wheels turn
Analyzing.
Emotionally paralyzing,
Time is not my keeper
Speculation.
Tibetan meditation,
Memories walking down halls
Abstraction.
Mental distractions,
Tumbling with assumptions
Contemplating.
Flip-flop debating,
The reality that is
Pondering.
Mindless wondering.
