Carbon monoxide

Carbon monoxide is pouring into my lungs,
It's not a suicide but it has to be done,
Closing my eyes won't make it go away,
What you see is only what I display,

Carbon monoxide is as deadly as cancer,
But I'm wondering if dying is really the answer,
I'm consumed by sorrow,
It's all I see all I know,

Carbon monoxide is insidious,
the mirror has betrayed me it thinks I'm hideous,
I'm trying to be,
What they wanna see,

But I can't change me,
Not completely,
Carbon monoxide poisons the air,
I'll be the next victim in the electric chair,

I'm not desired I'm unwanted,
Memory after memory I'm haunted,
Carbon monoxide isn't safe to inhale,
Rape me again I've already been impaled.
