Afterglow
I’m feeling so good, since I up and flew out the pin.
Feeling alive and so free, like I can breathe again.
I took a walk with my swimming thoughts and thought about how I should live.
Then I noticed that it’s mostly myself that I seem to struggle with.
A problem in you, is a problem I feel in me
With all the cameras in the world, how come we still don’t see?
That what you put out, tends to come around back to you.
And the things we see online, tend to always blur the truth.
Oh, oh yeah, afterglow..
If I knew then, what I know
