To me technology is the curse of the century. It alienates us in stead of connecting us (imo) We are forced into obedience. I take digital detoxes at time - go inwards.

I agree with you. I actually have nothing in my house that is AI or "Smart" It's unhealthy and it's creating problems with people connecting with one another. It's indeed unhealthy, I'm really sensitive to wifi / EMF, but people declare me crazy, because it's "proved" to be safe (shakes head) Thanks for mentioning that film, will certainly check it out - the trailer is amazing.

I love that term technocracy...it's so accurate. For a thing meant to connect, all it seems to do is dumb us down. People don't know how to hold actual conversations anymore. It's sad to see the decline of humanity as technology rises. I'm never more at peace than camping in the woods with no devices distracting. Loved this

Very true. It's becoming a real issue. As were getting older, the children being born during the last 2 decades have no concept of life pre-2000.  
I think most of us were much happier. I miss the 90's!

Something already impending by the overuse of technology .. the more n more stoic humans been reduced to mere emotionless n sterile creatures.. & yes the rise of these AI is more worst.. the human machine hybrid if so.. is much more frightening ..

am reminded of a web series i saw sone months ago .. about the Vedas the sacred texts .. which has 4 .. the fifth one talks of this rise that if not stopped, takes over humans n world ..
