Each day brought on that familiar smile.
Like rays of sunshine so warm and tactile
Every morning the dream got closer to reality
Knowing some exchanges are a mere formality
 
Beauty and elegance seem to have a smolder
Especially in the eyes and mind of the beholder
And when attraction brings two strangers nearer
They can reflect each other’s emotions like a mirror
 
Until one day just like it has been envisioned
Each breath will synchronize with precision
Hearts beat as one with a rhythm of pure elation
While ravenous lips dance with a curious sensation
 
And it’s here at the moment we all become akin
To that first touch and caress of another’s skin
Like dreams escaped or vanished or gone amiss
When we gaze upon those lips we’ve longed to kiss
